Requests for Association Documents:

• Please contact the management office for association Covenants, financials, minutes, at main@ams-hoa.com.
• AMS is now preparing all Certification of Paid Dues and Assessments for all sales. There is a $100.00 charge payable by cashiers check, money order, or cash.
• New Homeowners (Buyers) must sign a Distribution of Association Covenants and Rules (DOWNLOAD HERE) (must have original signatures and notary) before closing and is due at the time of exchange of Dues Affidavit.

MORTGAGE LENDERS:

• There is a charge for mortgage questionnaires to be completed. Please call the office (515.331.8004) or email (main@ams-hoa.com) for fee schedule.
• This fee must be paid to AMS prior to completion of form.
• Only checks will be accepted as form of payment. No credit cards or online transfers will be accepted.
